Maria Sosa is a U.S.A. licensed attorney and international business strategist serving as a principal of Lanton Strategies International, where she advises clients across jurisdictions on complex legal, regulatory, and government affairs matters. With a practice spanning the United States and international markets, Maria is known for delivering sophisticated, business-driven legal strategies to companies navigating cross-border operations, market entry, and regulatory risk.

Maria brings a unique combination of legal expertise, policy insight, and commercial acumen. She counsels clients in highly regulated industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and real estate, helping them structure transactions, ensure compliance, and engage effectively with government stakeholders. In addition to her international advisory work, Maria is a Managing Partner at Lanton, Lanton, Sosa Law PLLC, where she leads complex real estate and transactional matters, and serves as Director of Government Affairs for the Massachusetts Pharmacists Association. In that role, she represents industry interests at the state and federal levels, providing strategic advocacy, legislative analysis, and regulatory guidance.
